Tracking your order
For any delivery/shipping queries, please contact us at : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please quote your order number (eg. #1033) if any. We would appreciate it if you could provide your name, email address, date the order was placed and items ordered if you are unable to provide an order number.
- We ship only when we have received cleared payment. We pack and ship your order within 2 Singapore business days.
- It takes between 2-4 days for domestic orders or 6 to 15 days for international orders to arrive. Please keep in mind that any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and that orders are sometimes delayed in customs
Tracking your package shipped via SingPost Registered Mail
- Once we have shipped your order through SingPost Registered Mail/ Smartpac, we will send you the tracking number through PayPal or email.
- To check the status of your shipping via Singpost Registered Airmail or SmartPac please visit: http://www.singpost.com.sg/ and enter the number sent to you (eg. RR123456789SG/ SM12345679SG).
- If the status is yet to be updated, please allow 2 working days and try again.
- For local to overseas item, the status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore. Further status of your overseas item may be available at your destination country's local postal service online tracking once the package has reached your country. Please be informed that we have no control over the delay of packages at the destination country's immigration or postal service office.
Tracking your package shipped via Speedpost/ EMS /Worldwide Air parcel
- To check orders shipped via Worldwide Air Parcel, Speedpost Courier (EMS) or Speedpost Express, please visit: http://www.speedpost.com.sg and enter the number sent to you (eg. CR123456789SG)
